  September 28: "The Roots of Terror: A Talk by Mahmood Mamdani"

Community Action Duluth
Getting Ahead Program: This transformational program, which is part of the Circles of Support program, will assist those in Duluth trying to get out of poverty. Learn more on their website. Funded in part by the Community Opportunity Fund.

Circles of Support Program: This education-based program is designed to erase the impact of isolation that accompanies poverty. By intentionally building relationships with disregard for class, race, age and gender lines, Circles of Support strives to break down the typical stereotypes that are associated with poverty and redefine what it means to be “poor.” Learn more on their website. Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra
Music to You: These programs educate, entertain and inspire listeners. Focused on engaging musical themes and topics, they include musical performances, audience dialogue and a refreshing new look at the world of music. Programs are 30-45 minutes long and are tailored to each unique performance setting.
